STAR UPGRADE SHIPPING POLICY At Star Upgrade, we know that when you decide to upgrade your Mercedes, you want to enjoy the new technology as soon as possible. Therefore, we work with optimized logistics to offer fast and secure deliveries.

1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can locate your package at any time.

2. Delivery Times To offer the best quality and speed, we ship from strategic warehouses located in the European Union and international logistics centers.

  • Spain (Mainland): Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

  • International (including UAE/Dubai): Estimated delivery in 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Spain (Mainland): We offer Free Certified Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

  • International: Shipping costs for international destinations (such as Dubai) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can check the status of your shipment directly on our website or on the carrier's platform (Correos, DHL, GLS, or local international partners).

5. Customs and Taxes For shipments within the European Union, there are no extra customs duties. For international orders (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

6. Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package at a nearby collection point or make a second attempt according to their policy.
